The Waterfront Restaurant in South Carolina That’s Perfect for a Quiet Evening Out
Discover Bovine's Restaurant in Murrells Inlet, offering scenic views, famous brick oven pizzas, and a variety of menu options including steak and seafood.
Atmosphere. It's what you need for a quiet evening out after a long day or maybe a long week, and we've got just the spot. If given the option, I will always choose waterfront dining over anything else, and there's one waterfront restaurant in South Carolina that never disappoints. Bovine's in Murrells Inlet, set along the beautiful Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk, offers scenic views to enjoy during dinner as well as a comfortable, relaxed vibe.
Adding to the atmosphere, you get to see the brick oven that Bovine's famous brick oven pizzas are cooked in. The aroma of what's cooking greets you as you walk through the door into the restaurant. Some say it's the best pizza in the area!

Bovine's menu is extensive, though, with many other options including steak, seafood, and more. There's a salad bar that's included when you order an entree, and you'll find plenty of beer and wine choices to complement your meal.
I'm not sure I'd be able to resist the smells coming from the brick oven when it comes time to order, even as much as I usually prefer steak over pizza, and Murrells Inlet being the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina". If you happen to be in the mood for seafood, shrimp and grits are also a customer favorite.

There are both indoor and outdoor seating options available, and you'll want to make a reservation if you prefer outdoor seating and better views.
Bovine's Restaurant in Murrells Inlet has become a go-to for some when looking for a place for special occasions, such as anniversary dinners or just a romantic evening out. A private dining room is available to reserve for groups. Visit the Bovine's website for additional information and follow the Bovine's Restaurant Facebook page for updates.
Of course, you can't visit Murrells Inlet and miss a chance to stroll around. There are several waterfront trails in this area, but the Marsh Walk and Veterans Pier are right in the restaurant's path. There's nothing better than a scenic stroll after a delightful meal, and the views along this path do not disappoint. Bonus points if you can time your stroll with the sunset, but even if you're still at dinner at that time, you'll be treated to quite the show. Sunsets over the water just hit differently!
