Perched high above Sedalia, the Cherokee Ranch and Castle is just that - a ranch and castle with deep Colorado roots that date back to late 19th-century homesteaders who shared the land and eventually built the replica 15th-century palace.

Like all great castles, Cherokee boasts many great rooms with intricate details and gorgeous furnishings.

If you want to see the Cherokee Castle for yourself, you can make plans to participate in Tea at the Castle, an afternoon excursion unlike anything else you have experienced!

Cherokee promises that "You'll be treated like royalty when you attend Tea at the Castle," thanks to their tantalizing fare, which in the past has included scones with clotted cream and jam, finger sandwiches, pastries, and world-class service in an exquisite setting.

After your tea, guests are invited on an hour-long tour of the Castle, which is included with your reservation.

Please note: Reservations are mandatory. Walk-ins will not be seated.
