3. Fox Harbor Pub and Grill - Green Bay

4. San Pedro Cafe - Hudson

This one might be cheating a bit, but the Union Terrace is the quintessential patio by which I judge all other patios. Brilliant views, an amazing atmosphere and live music help, but there's a feeling of chill you get relaxing here that is what makes it the perfect patio. 17. The Waterfront Restaurant - LaCrosse

18. Harbor House - Milwaukee

Harbor House would make the list for the view alone - they take advantage of their location by giving a huge patio to enjoy their spot on the Milwaukee lakefront.
