The restaurant is named after Dylan Crabb, a Cornell teen who was diagnosed with Leukemia in 2007. Dylan’s dream was to become a dairy farmer with a 33-cow herd.

Numerous donors were inspired to help make that dream happen, but Dylan’s cancer returned.

He passed away in 2009 and his family continued to care for his herd, and later opened the cafe and retail store named for Dylan.
