Go Birding In West Virginia At The New River Nature Center

Nestled in the heart of the Appalachian Mountains near the New River Gorge Bridge in the New River Gorge National Park, the New River Birding & Nature Center in Fayetteville, West Virginia, is a beautiful hidden gem for nature enthusiasts and bird watchers alike. It flies (pun intended, of course!) under the radar for many, but this 230-acre nature preserve that features a gazebo (affectionately known as the “outdoor classroom”) and an accessible boardwalk trail offers a unique opportunity to explore the diverse wildlife and natural beauty of the New River Gorge region.
