While it's easy to grab a burger from a fast food place or pick up a few items at the grocery store, many people are taking an interest in the origins of their food. With farm-to-table dining at Hudson Farms, you get more than just a meal. It's a whole dining adventure!
Hudson Farms offers monthly farm-to-table dining experiences.
If you arrive early, you can take a tour of the farm.
You can meet the animals that live on the farm.
Seeing the vegetables growing will make you anticipate what will soon be on your plate.
The dinner takes place on a covered deck.
It doesn't get much fresher than veggies grown just a few feet from your table.
The meals are artfully designed by experienced chefs.
Dessert is a sweet ending for a sweet experience.
By the time you finish, you'll realize that this is more than just a meal. It's a whole experience!
Hudson Farms is located about 20 minutes outside of Charleston, WV.
Directions from Charleston:
(GPS- 69 Silo Street Charleston, WV 25312)
Take Exit 5 Big Chimney on I-79 N. Turn right at the bottom of the exit ramp. Immediately turn left onto Coopers Creek Road. Drive 2.3 miles and turn left onto Four Mile Road across a small bridge. Drive a little over half a mile and you will see a silo on your right. Turn right into the gravel drive on Silo Street and follow the fork to the left toward the high tunnels. Park anywhere on the gravel lot.
