There's something enthralling yet calming about walking across a bridge. On the one hand, there is intrigue and perhaps some mild trepidation when crossing a structure hanging in the air over a body of water; yet, on the other hand, there is also some feeling of peace and serenity in the crossing. While not every bridge offers this, one that certainly does, and with intensity, is the Quechee Gorge Bridge in Hartford, Vermont.
