The stone observation tower appears on the highest point of the park like something ripped out of the pages of a classic children's fantasy. It's quite magical in appearance and taking the stairs to the top gives way to end views that will take your breath away.
Hubbard Park is a 194-acre park located in Montpelier, north of the Vermont State House. The stone observation tower stands 54 feet tall and was built between 1915-1930.
