Upper Provo River Falls is one of Utah's most majestic waterfalls. It's located about 23 miles from Kamas, up the Mirror Lake Scenic Byway in the High Uintas.
Watch for the signs and you'll see the parking lot on your left. A quick stroll down a few stairs will take you right to the viewing area of the falls.
