February — Maddox Ranch House, Perry
Located in Perry, just outside of Brigham City, is Maddox Ranch House. As you'll see, it features a ranch house-style atmosphere with some delicious entrees. We highly recommend the turkey steak or the fried chicken. Just be careful you don’t stuff yourself with the house rolls and raspberry butter before your meal even arrives.
March —The Dodo Restaurant, Sugarhouse Park
The Dodo Restaurant is one of the larger Utah restaurants. It has multiple places to eat including a dining room, bar, and patio. The menu is extensive at this restaurant so give yourself plenty of time to choose your meal. Just make sure you save room for one of the award-winning deserts by Pastry Chef Ramon.
April — Angie’s, Logan
You haven’t been to Logan until you’ve eaten at Angie’s. This restaurant has been a favorite place to eat in Cache Valley since 1983 and serves many home-cooked, American favorites including breakfast dishes like omelets, scones, and egg scrambles.
