Ephraim was founded by Moravians in the 1800s and it has many historic buildings and churches along the bluff and lake. Anderson’s Dock is a must-visit spot along the lakeshore. Generations of boaters have signed this dockside warehouse and it’s one of the county’s most-photographed spots.
Wilson’s Restaurant and Ice Cream is another place where you’ll want to take some photos... if you can put down that awesome ice cream cone, that is! The shop has been around since 1906 and every cone comes with a surprise: a jelly bean tucked into the bottom of the cone!
One of the best times to visit Ephraim is in the evening when the sun begins to dip low in the sky. The sunset lights up the harbor and the view includes sailboats offshore and towering bluffs across the bay. It’s spectacular!
