There is no place like home for the holidays. West Virginia has a variety of ways to get into the Christmas spirit, including these 12 unique holiday celebrations. But if you really want to give the kiddos an experience they'll never forget, then hop on board The Elf Limited, a magical train ride filled with elves straight from the North Pole.
The Elf Limited pulls into the Cass Station on Friday, November 16th for the first of many Elf Limited rides available throughout the holiday season.
It's a train ride kids (and kids at heart) will enjoy. The magical elves interact and play games with those on board.
And the train ride itself is a picturesque journey on the Durbin and Greenbrier Valley Railroad you won't soon forget.
Expect this voyage to be a joyful and memorable experience for everyone...
... even Santa — who'll make an appearance, greeting each and every child and giving them an early Christmas gift while on the train!
Hopefully your Christmas season is already filled with loads of joy. And a ride on this magical Christmas Elf train is an ideal way to create a new family tradition.
The Elf Limited Christmas train departs Cass Depot on Saturdays and Sundays at 5:00 p.m. and 6:45 p.m. from November 16, 2018 through December 8, 2018. (Extra runs are added on Saturdays at 3:00 p.m.) Advance ticket purchases are highly recommended. The cost is adults (ages 12-64) $51, children (ages 2-11) $41; children age 1 and under are free.
