First you'll travel by car to the departure point for the Daufuskie Island Ferry at this Address: 35 Fording Island Road Ext, Hilton Head, SC 29926. Board the ferry and enjoy the scenic ride over to the landing on Daufuskie Island!
The transportation you choose for getting to Lucy Bell's Cafe, which isn't far from the arrival dock, is up to you.
Most people rent a golf cart for an hour or two — and then do a bit of sightseeing before or after lunch. Others, bring a bike on the ferry or find one to rent on the island. And there is a third option, although not many take this one: you can walk to Lucy Bell's.
Whatever your third mode of transport is, you'll be in seventh heaven once you arrive and see the beautiful spot where you'll dine.
