The holiday season officially kicks off in Sewickley with its annual Light Up Night celebration, set for Friday, November 30, 2018.
Bundle up for Light Up Night festivities, which will run from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. and will include an ice carving competition, live performances, and free horse-drawn carriage rides. Fireworks will cap off the night.
But, don't worry if you can't make it to Light Up Night. Sewickley features holiday activities all season long.
Saturday, December 1, features The Sewickley Santa Parade, the perfect way to start a day of Christmas shopping.
Or, visit on Sundays through December for Sundays in the Village from noon to 4 p.m. And, stop by food trucks, pose for photos with Santa, and climb aboard a horse-drawn carriage ride.
Of course, even if you don't visit Sewickley on a day when an event is scheduled, you'll find plenty to do in the charming Christmas town.
Meander along the sidewalks, where you'll discover an assortment of shops - from Barberry Handmade to Ideas Vintage Market.
