There's nothing like a juicy burger, salty fries, and a cool, creamy homemade ice cream cone on a hot, summer day, and a local drive-in is your best bet for tasty food and friendly service. The next time you find yourself in the little town of Sisters, you need to stop in at Sno Cap Drive-In.
Sno Cap Drive-In has been the go-to spot in Sisters since it opened in 1954. Other than a few tweaks to the menu over the decades, not much else has changed, and it's still a great spot for tasty food. You'll find the drive in at 380 W. Cascade Ave., Sisters, Oregon.
This drive-in is pretty tiny, but it does offer a few booths inside for dining when the weather's inclement. Enjoy your meal here, take it outside to the picnic tables, or pull up at the window and order it to go.
Who says that you need a car to visit a drive-in? Come on by with whatever kind of transportation you have - the ice cream tastes just as good on the back of a horse as it does behind the wheel of your car!
During summer months, visitors flock to the pretty town of Sisters, and a long line often forms in front of Sno Cap. Be patient... the wait is well worth it!
You'll always get fast, friendly service at this little hometown drive-in.
Fresh, juicy burgers are the specialty of the house here, and the menu includes more than a dozen to choose from. Try the Mushroom & Swiss (shown here), the BBQ Western Bacon Burger, or the Jalapeno Pepper Jack. If you're a non-carnivore, you'll appreciate the Garden Burger and Cheese Garden Burger.
If you're really hungry, you'll want to order the Cheese Power Pac. It's a double cheeseburger served on a large, six-inch bun with double the number of toppings. You won't leave hungry after eating this monster!
This little drive in makes its own homemade ice cream. You'll find creative flavors like Almond Joy, S'mores, and Pina Colada (also known as Blue Lake - shown here). Watch for fun seasonal flavors that are changing all the time.
Half the fun of dining at Sno Cap is seeing what flavors are available that day. Always fresh, and made with the finest ingredients, this ice cream is simply unbeatable.
Sno Cap Drive-In is open seven days a week. Drop by Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
