There's no denying it: Oregon is a foodie paradise. There are countless amazing restaurants all across the state serving unique, mouthwatering food that draws people from across the country. As an Oregonian, you’re probably familiar with all of the great restaurants in your area, but have you done much taste testing in other cities? How about a whole weekend trip dedicated to experiencing some of the amazing food our state has to offer?
This awesome 3-day restaurant road trip through Northwest Oregon will blow your mind – and it’ll make your mouth water like crazy. Of course, this is just a starting point; feel free to adjust as you wish, or suggest your changes in the comment section below. Here’s the Google Maps link for you to follow or adjust as you please.
Day 1: Start the trip off right with a breakfast at the Cornbread Cafe in Eugene.
This lovely vegan comfort food restaurant is adored by vegans and non-vegans alike.
For lunch, head to Corvallis for a Bahn Mi from Baguette.
This unpretentious mom & pop sandwich shop in Corvallis sells delicious, cheap Vietnamese sandwiches, salad rolls, pork buns, Thai iced tea, and more.
Next, head to the coast for a seafood dinner from Local Ocean Seafoods in Newport.

Day 2: Wake up early to grab a delicious breakfast at La Maison Cafe in Newport.

For dinner, head to the lovely town of McMinnville to eat at Thistle.

Day 3: Have breakfast at Word of Mouth Bistro in Salem.

Have a legendary lunch at Portland’s Pok Pok.

Dine in style at Imperial in Portland.
There are so many great restaurants to choose from in Portland. Located downtown, Imperial is said to be one of the best. It was even named "2015 Restaurant of the Year" by Willamette Week!
Don’t forget dessert! Grab a scoop from Salt & Straw, also located in Portland.
Sample Salt & Straw's many unique flavors like "Strawberry Honey Balsamic with Black Pepper" or "Sea Salt with Caramel Ribbons" before settling on your favorite. This ice cream will blow your mind.
