Science Museum Oklahoma got a huge renovation in 2016, and if you haven't visited since then, you're in for a real treat. You'll find the museum at 2020 Remington Pl., Oklahoma City, OK 73111.
From the moment you walk in the door, you're sure to be delighted by this amazing museum that's chock-full of hands-on exhibits.
From the humble world of insects...
...to the thrill of space technology, there are tons of displays to pique your curiosity and engage your imagination.
Step inside a huge mouth to learn about dentistry...
...or see firsthand how machines work by operating them yourself.
You'll definitely want to take a spin on a Segway at the Segway Park.
And you'll also want to play a few life-sized strategy games like Battleship, Chess, and Checkers.
In every area of the museum, you'll learn more about the world around you.
Exhibits include CurioCity, a 20,000-square-foot city with eight neighborhoods, and 17 other spaces that cover everything from an oceanarium to a huge aviation display with life-sized models of airplanes.
The museum is open seven days a week. Admission is $12.95 for kids ages 3-12, $15.95 for ages 13-adult, and $12.95 for seniors. If you plan to visit the museum several times this year, consider a membership.
