From guided hikes to an interactive learning center, Martin Park Nature Center in Oklahoma City is an incredible nature hub right in the middle of suburban OKC. Gather the family and head to this outdoor discovery park for the perfect day trip in the Sooner State.
Martin Park Nature Center is located at 5000 West Memorial Road, just between MacArthur and Meridian Avenues in Oklahoma City.
With over three miles of wooded trails, there is a hike for all ages. Guided hikes are available for only $2 per person, Tuesday through Sunday starting at 9:30 a.m.
The park is set on over 140 acres of beautiful grasslands, rocky streams and thick foliage.
There's a Visitor Center with live animals, a nature learning library and educational programs to enjoy while visiting Martin Park Nature Center.
And you won't be able to pull the kids away from the nature-themed playground. You could spend hours just in this one spot!
Ongoing educational programs include everything from archery to kayaking to slacklining.
Spring Creek is located along the hiking trails and the flowing water provides a beautiful, scenic backdrop.

The Nature Center focuses on educating guests about the flora, fauna and wildlife of Oklahoma. The park is open from April 1 to Sept. 30 from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily and Oct. 1 to March 31 from 5 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
