Today we're going to take a look at Cuyahoga Falls, a city with a population of over 51,000 that hasn't lost its small town atmosphere.
This circa 1945 postcard is just a small piece of history from this charming Ohio town. Cuyahoga Falls was founded in 1812, and it was originally called Manchester. Its name was changed due to the existence of the other Manchester, Ohios (there was a Manchester in Summit County and in Adams County). Today, historic structures add to the ambiance of the area.

Why We Love It: It's taken several trips for me to figure out my perfect "weekender bag that's TSA approved," but I've found my perfect carry on with the TOBIQ Colorado 30L. Eastlake in Lake County is an often-overlooked city... which is honestly criminal because this community has a lot to offer. Named for its location (northeast of Cleveland), this city is home to fewer than 20 thousand people. It has a small-town feel with fascinating attractions, and it comes with a slower pace of life than we're used to about 19 miles away in Cleveland.
