Tubing in New Jersey is a perfect activity for some summer fun. Meandering down the Delaware is just the right mix of thrilling and relaxing. Plus, it's a great way to cool off. New Jersey has a couple of options when it comes to tubing but we've already raved about how incredible Delaware River Tubing in Milford is. There's a private island to explore and a hot dog stand IN the water! It's always a good time, and you can learn more about that by clicking here. But it's not New Jersey's only all-day tubing adventure! We recently discovered another full day float trip with loads to offer...
Welcome to Twin Rivers Tubing! It is located in Phillipsburg, just across the river from Easton, PA. The city is worth exploring, if you have the time!
On this New Jersey tubing adventure, most of your day will be spent on the water. Your route is approximately 3 miles long and takes about 3 hours to traverse.
The river is just 2-4 feet deep in most places, though you will come across patches where the depth is closer to 8-10 feet. No worries! Life jackets are provided. Children as young as 6 can participate.
You will be rewarded with both city and scenic views, including a view of the Lehigh River Falls.
For a premium experience, upgrade to luxurious tubes with backrests...
Or consider one of their other outing options - you can also rent kayaks, canoes, and rafts.
Before or after your trip, grab some grub at the onsite restaurant - The Sand Bar. You'll find casual American eats and a waterfront patio.
If you're not all tuckered out after your trip, there are several nearby attractions worth checking out including The Crayola Factory (PA), Delaware River Railroad Excursions, the Black Rose Antique Mall, and the Morris Canal Greenway.
Address: 4 Union Square, Phillipsburg, NJ 08865
