Our Plan Of Action:
Here's a quick overview of the trip we'll be taking today...
1. Downtown Nashville
We'll start in downtown Nashville, so you can snag a pumpkin spice latte from one of the many coffee shops and wander the shops and streets of the city. Nashville is studded with trees, which means you'll see all sorts of beautiful colors as you begin your day in the city.
2. City Winery
The trek to City Winery isn't far, it's actually right in the heart of Nashville's downtown! A popular spot, you can come for a meal or a show, since this stunning venue is a one-stop-shop. It's especially attractive for its easy location, and offers some high end musical guests that pair well with a glass of wine.
3. Radnor Lake
Located about twenty minutes outside of the heart of Nashville, Radnor Lake boasts some of the most beautiful foliage in the state. Whether you're looking to indulge in a stunning hike around the water or perhaps a quiet moment indulging in the view, it's a well-visited spot for a reason.
4. Belle Meade Winery
Once you're done at Radnor, make your way to the Belle Meade Winery by way of the historic Belle Meade Plantation. The plantation itself is made up of a historic mansion that's now a museum, with a visitor's center and winery on the property. This is where you'll get a solid infusion of history and wine in a single visit.
5. Percy Warner Park
Percy Warner Park isn't far away, and it's best frequented for beautiful views and great hiking. As one of the most popular public parks in the city, it's well-worth an autumnal visit.
6. Arrington Vineyards
Next stop, Arrington! This beautiful property is one of the most beautiful wineries in Middle Tennessee. Friendly to folks of all ages, we'd recommend bringing a picnic lunch to indulge in while you sip their wine on their stunning property. The state will unfurl with autumn colors in front of you, and it's a sight like none other.
Don't miss out on all the beauty that a Nashville autumn has to offer. There's opportunity all over the city, and there's no wrong way. Happy autumnal adventuring, Tennessee!
