Summer is here and if you haven't visited the beach already, you're probably making plans to. If you're not a fan of giant crowds and higher seasonal prices, then Ocean City may not be the best fit. North Beach is located in Calvert County, nestled next to the Chesapeake Bay.
You can visit this town year-round but summer is prime time for taking in the beautiful weather and scenery.

Or take to the water. This is a great spot for fishing and sunsets.
North Beach also offers charming shops, where you can stock up on local goods and antiques. Don't forget to try the area seafood restaurants as well.
