Abita Springs is easy to find, simply cross the Causeway Bridge and continue north past Mandeville and east of Covington.
You will then arrive in this adorable small town that is full of charm and fun activities.
Abita Springs has long been a place where more artistic, creative, and fascinating people call home.
It's got amazing restaurants and bars, as well as beautiful homes and architecture.
The Abita Mystery House is a long standing Abita Springs museum.
It is filled with oddities collected over the years and home to more than a few things that I have never seen before!
And of course, one of the most iconic aspects of Abita Springs is the Abita Brew Pub.
Abita Beer is brewed near the area, and it has quickly become the most iconic beer in all of Louisiana.
Why is Abita Springs such a great place to brew beer?
Well, the springs here were actually designated by the Choctaw as sacred waters, and were thought to perform miracles.
Perhaps that is why there is so much beauty and great community vibes here.

Being in Louisiana, the music scene here is great.
You can regularly hear great musicians from the Northshore area and from around New Orleans.
