3. Bluespring Caverns - Bedford

5. Wolf Park - Battle Ground
There is not a nature lover in the world who won't love this place. Wolf Park is a wolf and fox sanctuary in beautiful Battle Ground, Indiana. They offer two kinds of tours: a basic, follow-the-pack tour, which is 45 minutes long and costs just $10. The second tour is a much more involved, hour-long, one-on-one with a docent, tour that costs just $100 and is truly worth the time and the money. 6. Visit Bridgeton
The entire town of Bridgeton, Indiana, is an adorable, quaint and interesting place to check out. It's home to various historic sites and buildings, and the entire first two blocks of the town are on the National Register of Historic Places. 7. Visit Shipshewana
Shipshewana is the third-largest Amish town in the United States. Tour idyllic Amish farms where life is still simple, and take a buggy ride tour to see the best sights there are to see. During the summer months, Shipshewana is home to one of the best Amish farmers markets in the world.
8. Indiana State Museum - Indianapolis
No list of great Indiana day trips would be complete without mentioning Indiana State Museum.
