I have a hard time staying cooped up indoors during the fall months. I would rather be spending time outdoors, surrounded by fall foliage and pumpkins. That is why I love a visit to a pumpkin patch and Magic Valley Corn Maze in Hansen is one of the best. This charming pumpkin patch in Idaho is a must-visit day trip this fall as it offers something for everyone from a pumpkin patch and corn maze to a petting zoo and delicious food. You are sure to leave from this destination in the Autumn spirit.
Magic Valley Corn Maze is located near the town of Hansen, just outside of Twin Falls and Kimberly. This is a family-owned corn maze with acres of activities to enjoy every fall.
The highlight is the large corn maze with a unique design. Grab your friends and family and see how long it takes for you to escape. This is an annual tradition for many locals.
At night, the ghosts and ghouls come out in the haunted forest. This is one attraction that is only for the brave.
However, you don’t want to miss the pumpkin patch. Here, you can choose the perfect pumpkin to take home.
And give yourself and your family plenty of time to jump on the jump pad, ride down the big slide, and even visit the petting zoo.
You’ll also want to take a ride on the Magic Valley Express. This train ride will take you all around the pumpkin patch and through gorgeous fall foliage — it’s not only fun but extremely beautiful.
I also recommend stopping by the Snack Shack for some delicious snacks like mini donuts and churros. You can also grab a hot chocolate to sip around the campfire as well.
The Magic Valley Corn Maze is the perfect fall day trip and one you’ll regret not checking out this season. It is open Monday through Saturday, but Tuesdays are by appointment only.
