1) Perry, GA
Perry is a quaint town in the Warner Robins metropolitan area. It has beautiful parks, a charming historic town center, and it's also home to the annual Georgia National Fair. If you haven’t visited Perry, Georgia yet, then you are truly missing out. This wonderfully charming town in our great state is often overlooked. Perry is such a fantastic place to live, and an ever better place to visit as an out-of-towner. Perry residents are friendly and welcoming, there is plenty to do, and the small town charm is just oozing out of every corner, making it one of the most delightful small towns in Georgia.
2) Fayette County, GA
Starr's Mill Waterfall is just one of the beautiful country scenes you can find in Fayette County, which is filled with natural scenery. Located south of Atlanta, it's one of the best places for young families and retirees according to Nerd Wallet and Forbes respectively.
3) Stockbridge, GA
Home to a beautiful Georgia State Park, Stockbridge is a beautiful town in Henry County. It is home to the magnificent Panola Mountain and beautiful farmland, and it is the birthplace of Martin Luther King, Sr.
4) Cumming, GA
A wonderful day trip destination in Georgia, Cumming is located in Forsyth County, which is gorgeous all over! Hike up to the overlook at Sawnee Mountain Preserve for the best views of the countryside.
5) Peachtree City, GA

7) Lookout Mountain, GA
Located in Walker County this small town in Georgia has just over 1,600 residents. It's home to the famous Rock City which sits 1,700 feet above sea level at its highest point and features a 100-foot waterfall. With all the natural beauty you can find here, it's easy to see why this is a popular tourist spot!
8) Canton, GA

9) Ball Ground, GA
Another local treasure right inside of Cherokee County, Ball Ground is a small community of nearly 2,700 residents. It is home to the spectacular Gibbs Garden, several shops, restaurants, and gorgeous scenery making it an ideal place to either visit or to live!
10) Senoia, GA
Senoia is located near Peachtree City in Cowetta County and is just as beautiful and charming as its neighbor. The historic downtown has antique shops, cafes, and restaurants and a tight-knit community.
11) St. Marys, GA
The historic town of St. Marys, Georgia, is located in Camden County on St. Marys River and across the river from the Florida state line. It is the largest of Georgia's barrier islands and the gateway to the National Island Seashore, and also the oldest town in Georgia.
