All aboard! The beloved storybook character Thomas the Tank Engine has pulled into the Essex Station and invites passengers of all ages on an unforgettable train excursion. Operated by the Essex Steam Train, this family-friendly adventure will showcase the beauty of the Connecticut River Valley while providing all-day entertainment for the little ones. It's a truly magical experience for all ages. So mark your calendar for August 28th and 29th as well as September 4th and 5th, and don't forget to reserve your tickets ahead of time!
Thomas the Tank Engine and his gang of friends, Percy, and Sir Topham Hatt, have officially arrived to the Essex Station. So gather up the kids and join in on the fun!
This festive excursion leaves every 45 minutes from 9:00 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. You can reserve your time slot in advance to save your spot on this colorful ride.
Each trip lasts approximately 25 minutes but promises to be entertaining for every minute of the ride. And that's just the start of it all!
After returning to the station, passengers can look forward to a meet-and-greet with the characters, unlimited turns on 5 carnival rides, a special magic show, and Thomas the Tank Engine play areas.
This year's admission will also include a Sunny Train children’s music show, family-friendly petting zoo, Isle of Sodor storytelling, and colorful balloon characters. How fun!
