There is an epic alternative to all-things spooky leading up to Halloween. The annual Japanese Garden Fall Festival celebrates the season with a two-day event set throughout the wondrous living garden. The festivities include traditional Japanese dance, music, martial arts, sword demonstrations, raku, tea ceremonies... and that's just for starters! The event will be held this weekend, October 28th-29th, 2017, and with a crisp and cool weather forecast befitting the fall season, this is definitely one festival you don't want to miss!
The Fort Worth Japanese Garden is nestled within the Botanic Garden, located at 3300 Japanese Garden Lane in Fort Worth.
Each year, this epic garden holds a Fall Festival to celebrate the season. This year, it kicks off on October 28th and hours are 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Once inside, you can enjoy all things beautiful and right with nature.
Stepping stones lead you to close views of the ponds and wildlife.
Japanese koi come so close that they almost tickle your toes.
The festival is alive with cultural song and music.
