We marvel at our beautiful landscape from iconic places like Snooper Rock, The Great Smokie Mountains, Lookout Mountain, or our many incredible state parks. Fine dining and great views make this one great reason to visit whether you are local or just spending a weekend in the city.
Scottie’s On The River is aptly named because it is indeed right on the river.
Attached to a local Marriot hotel you can find this restaurant on the northern side of downtown. The building was designed with the view of the Tennessee River in mind and is clear when you take a closer look. The large windows are actually garage doors and will open allowing the warm air to fill the dining area and the cool breeze to filter through.
If that wasn't enough then you can enjoy some outdoor seating on the patio. This section makes the most of our beautiful Tennessee weather and again gives excellent use of that fantastic view.
Scottie’s has several events throughout the year that showcase not just the amazing food but gives guests a great opportunity to try many options. This Mother's Day brunch gave visitors a great chance to try many of the typical brunch options found every Sunday.
Constantly pushing for experimental combinations and the perfect pairing great chefs will always be honing their craft in the kitchen. At Scottie’s, this is very much the case, and make sure you check the specials when you go.
