We all love the best drive through Christmas lights in New Jersey. Each offers us the opportunity to celebrate the holidays with the family in a fun, festive, and safe way. Take your celebration to the next level by putting on your favorite Christmas PJs and hopping in the car, where you'll probably want to play your favorite Christmas carols, the perfect soundtrack for your holiday adventure. Here are five of the best drive through Christmas lights in New Jersey that deserve a spot on your holiday to-do list.

1. Orchard Of Lights, Demarest Farms - Hillsdale

Pile the whole family, or your besties, into the car, and make your way to Orchard of Lights, hosted by Demarest Farms in Hillsdale. Drive past millions of lights across 32 acres, through a light tunnel, and to Santa's singing reindeer. After your drive, explore the farm market, where you can grab a cup of hot cocoa and other seasonal goodies; roast marshmallows by the roaring fire pit, and stop by to say hi to and pose for photos with Santa. Online reservations are required for the best drive through Christmas lights in New Jersey, which typically run from mid-November until late December.

2. Holidig Drive-Thru Light Show, Diggerland - West Berlin

Diggerland, a one-of-a-kind construction theme park, hosts a special holiday event in West Berlin each Christmas. Drive through a mile of colorful lights and enjoy festive music on the radio station synced to their show, 95.5 FM. The show is open most nights. Learn more about this year's event at Diggerland. The Holidig Drive-Thru Light Show runs from mid-November through mid-January. While you can purchase tickets at the event if you want to ensure entrance, buy tickets online instead.

3. Christmas Light Show & Village, Skylands Stadium - Augusta

Skylands Stadiums in Augusta hosts an annual Light Show and Christmas Village, one of the best drive through Christmas lights in New Jersey.

The Cleveland area is absolutely stunning, with its parks having earned the landscape the nickname of The Emerald Necklace. While there is much to do right here in the area, it's also worthwhile to embark on a road trip to uncover other gems in the area. This one state park is just a stone's throw from Greater Cleveland, and its landscape is so beautiful that you may just have to sit a while to admire it and take in its loveliness. Are you ready for an adventure with roots in both nature and history?

Welcome to Quail Hollow State Park, a gem hidden at 13480 Congress Lake Ave. in Hartville.

This pretty place features over 700 acres, and its gorgeous expanse attracted some of the region's earliest settlers.

One such settler, Conrad Brumbaugh, built his first home in what would become the park in 1820.

Many of those early structures and land parcels were eventually acquired by Harry Bartlett Stewart, and they built their home on the property in 1838.

Their gorgeous farmhouse still stands, though it expanded and changed throughout the generations. It resided on what was known as the Minnie Taylor Farm, a name in affectionate homage to Stewart's wife. The family eventually sold the park to the state for half of its appraised value, and it has become one of the most beautiful state parks.

This gorgeous park opened to the public in 1975, wowing locals with its impressive acreage and diversity.

In 2016, management of the site was taken over by Ohio Stark Parks. The group continues to keep the park as beautiful as ever, allowing future generations the opportunity to cherish its lovely expanse.

Whether you're exploring the park's countless trails or viewing birds of prey at The Carriage House Nature Center, you are in for an experience that will leave you in awe.

The birds at the Carriage House are wildlife ambassadors, meaning that they've suffered injuries that keep them from being released into the wild. Fortunately, they lead cozy and fulfilling lives educating humans about nature.

Not only is this park beautiful, but it is interactive.

Every June through November, Celtic, bluegrass, and traditional music is performed on the first and third Thursday of each month, filling the park's forests with moving tunes.
