Swiftwater Cellars is also on the property, sitting on top of Coal Mine No. 9 overlooking the Rope Rider golf course.
Hoist House at Swiftwater Cellars is the on-site restaurant. The wines are sourced from select vineyards in the Pacific Northwest and tended to by veteran winemaker.
Hoist House serves everything from casual American cuisine like pepperoni flatbread to fancier fare like Osso Bucco.
They are open daily for lunch, dinner, and wine tastings.
The Stovehouse is another popular pick.
The name is a nod to Cle Elum’s historical beginnings.

Both the food and the cocktails here are terrific.
Other Suncadia dining options include the trendy Fifty 6 Degrees Lounge and Nellie’s Restaurant + Bar, which provides casual poolside dining.
But what sets this place apart from all the others is its seasonal food truck. In the summer, you'll find it parked by Suncadia Club Swim & Fitness Center.
When you book a stay at Suncadia, you'll definitely want to come hungry.
