You've probably heard of La Caille, one of Utah's most beautiful restaurants. But did you know that La Caille also has a vineyard? And...did you know that you can stay overnight at La Caille? Take a look!
La Caille is well-known for its beautiful grounds, delicious French food and well-stocked wine cellar.
But did you know that La Caille also has its very own vineyard?
While you might not think that northern Utah has the right climate for growing grapes, this vineyard was planted with Seyval Blanc in 1986, and has been thriving ever since.
The cool temperatures and high elevation at the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon produces the perfect grapes for La Caille's very own Seyval Blanc. It's a crisp, fruity wine that you're sure to love.
La Caille has several in-house wines available, though the other varietals are grown in vineyards in California and Washington. You can set up your very own wine tasting of Chateu La Caille's seven wines by calling 801-942-1751.
You can even stay overnight here! Snuggle into The Cottage, which is located right on the grounds of the Chateau La Caille.
Snuggle in next to this cozy cabin's huge fireplace and enjoy room service brought right to you.
The king-sized bed is soft and comfortable.
You'll be pampered by every aspect of this charming little cottage...
...and you'll even enjoy soaking in the hot tub, especially during cold winter nights.
For reservations to The Cottage, visit La Caille’s website.
Have you dined or stayed overnight at La Caille? We'd love to hear what you thought!
