Beaufort is also packed with cultural treasures, such as the Beaufort History Museum and the John Mark Verdier House Museum. And the food scene is fantastic - the restaurants and cafes offer seriously delicious eats and drinks. Trust me, Beaufort is the must-visit lesser-known romantic destination you can't miss.
