A hike on the Flume Trail is the perfect way to spend a day here. Hike the entire 12.4-mile-long trail, or complete one or more of the three sections for a shorter hike.
This historic trail follows the Rockerville Flume, which was used during the Gold Rush until 1885. Along the way, you'll encounter a few mining tunnels, portions of the old flume, and even some abandoned mining equipment. The trail is rated as moderate, with an elevation gain of 1,351 feet.
