Falls Park on the Reedy in downtown Greenville is one of the state’s most popular attractions. Named a "Top U.S. Park" by TripAdvisor several years in a row, it was also a 2015 Silver Medal Rudy Bruner Award winner because of its transformation from a forgotten waterfall and polluted river valley into a thriving city centerpiece. And now, as of August 2022, you can spend the night there in one of the most beautiful boutique hotels in South Carolina.
The Grand Bohemian Lodge makes quite a remarkable first impression, with lush landscaping and perfectly positioned for stunning views of the iconic Reedy River and falls. But just wait until you see inside …
This lobby fireplace leaves us speechless, absolutely incredible.
Careful thought was given to every detail throughout this hotel, with inspiration taken from nature and especially Falls Park in particular.
Both the chandeliers and the light fixtures were deer-inspired.
The luxury spa is a work of art as well, featuring beautiful mosaic tiles created to resemble the infamous Angel Oak tree in Charleston.
You’ll find the guest rooms elegant, yet cozy and comfortable.
There are multiple dining spaces to enjoy.
Between the Trees is the Lodge’s signature restaurant with a warm and inviting atmosphere and both indoor and outdoor seating options. On the menu, you’ll find local produce, fish, beef, game, regionally sourced cheeses, desserts prepared by an in-house pastry chef, and an extensive wine selection.
There’s also a lobby bar and Spirit & Bower, a bourbon bar and lounge featuring an array of coveted bourbons, rare whiskeys, and seasonable bites. You are welcome here for a date night, a special occasion, or just because even if you’re not an overnight guest of the Lodge.
The fitness center is nice, allowing you to stay on track with your workout routines during your stay.
The night view of the hotel is also picture-perfect.
