There's also a heated pool, which along with the courtyard is shared with guests of four other units. The pool and pond are guest favorites.

There's a kitchenette with a full-size fridge, a toaster oven, a microwave, pots and pans, dinnerware, basic cooking tools, and a stove top with two burners. There is no traditional oven, dishwasher, or formal dining area; although, there is a dining table for two.
In the loft upstairs, there's a king-size bed and windows surrounding the entire upstairs area for more light.
Towels and linens are provided as well as one off-street parking space. However, it's highly recommended that you bring an economy size vehicle as spaces in downtown Charleston are very small and streets are narrow. It's a walking city!
