Hall built the historic home using a variety of materials, including stone from the area, railroad tracks that had been recycled, and lumber that had been leftover when building barns.

Today, guests can stay in Lynn Hall, which includes Walter Hall’s former office. The one-bedroom, one-bath suite sleeps a maximum of two guests.
