Do you ever feel like just packing up and getting away from the stress and anxiety of everyday life? We definitely feel your pain! We recently found this quaint little mountain cabin that's a perfect spot to recharge and relax. Check it out:
Surround yourself with natural beauty at this quaint little cabin on Mt. Hood. It's listed on Airbnb for nightly rentals, and it's the perfect place for a quick getaway.
The cabin is cozy and warm, with a wood-burning stove and a comfortable couch for reading and daydreaming.
You won't find Wi-Fi or a television here, but there are books and games to keep you occupied.
Outside, there's a woodshed that's chock-full of firewood for the wood-burning stove and outdoor firepit.
This little abode is a classic, one-room cabin with a partition to separate the bedroom from the living space. The cabin sleeps up to four guests with a queen-sized bed and sofa bed, but it's really best suited for a couple or small family.
The kitchen is very basic, but it has what you need to prepare meals. You'll find a hot plate, griddle, microwave, and coffee maker, along with plenty of pots and pans, dishes, etc.
The cabin has a rugged, rustic charm, with hand-hewn shelves and other details.
The bathroom is accessed through a breezeway, and it's newly remodeled to include a subway-tiled shower, sink, and toilet. A wall heater keeps the space warm during chilly winter months.
In the summer, this cabin is a great home base for hiking, and in the fall, it's absolutely beautiful when surrounded by autumn foliage.
In the winter, it's extra-cozy, and thanks to its low elevation, you can easily access it year-round.
