Turner Falls Park is situated in the heart of the Arbuckle Mountains and features 1,500 acres of the finest beauty nature has to offer. Guests can stay overnight and enjoy primitive camping or rent one of their cabins for a more comfortable stay. Either way, you won’t forget your getaway at Turner Falls, a magical waterfall campground in Oklahoma.
Turner Falls Park is located in Davis and is home to the tallest waterfall in the state, standing at 77 ft. tall. The park is open to visitors who want to come swim for the day or they offer overnight camping and cabin rentals.
Once inside the park, you'll see the sign for the camping area of the park. Just follow the road and you'll find the campground area easily.
The park offers various camping options including primitive as well as RV sites and camping permits can be pre-purchased online. If you’re there for primitive camping, keep in mind there is no water or electricity at the campsite.
Some of the camping areas have picnic tables, grills, and fire pits, so be sure to select one of the best spots with these amenities. Camping rates vary by season, and you'll also need to pay admission to the park.

The cabins come fully furnished with two full-sized beds and a full bathroom. They also have a small refrigerator, microwave, and stovetop but you'll need to bring your own utensils and plates.
Admission includes access to the waterfall swimming hole, so if you visit during the summer months you'll definitely want to plan on spending time in the water.
Parts of the campground are along Honey Creek so you can pitch your tent close to the water. You can also swim in the creek and the water is very clear and blue.
Hiking trails can also be found in the park and there are even caves in the mountains. The park is filled with outdoor recreation, so plan a weekend getaway and enjoy nature at its finest.
Did you know Turner Falls Park had hidden caves in the mountains overlooking the waterfalls? Some of these caves in Oklahoma are marked and easily accessible, however, there are a few "secret" caves that exist that are waiting to be explored in some of the oldest mountains on Earth.
