The Hayes House was built in 1907 by Oscar Hayes, who was at the time, running to be Oklahoma's first governor.
His plan was for the home to become the Governor's Mansion, and although he didn't win, the beautiful house and grounds still exists today.
This historical house is now a lovely Bed and Breakfast featuring several spacious suites and common areas.
Each suite is decorated with beautiful antique furniture and the beds are layered with goose down comforters and pillows.
