We're pretty into camping here in Nebraska, which stands to reason since we live in such a beautiful place. Some folks aren't really into "roughing it" in the outdoors, however. For those happy campers, glamping might be the perfect compromise - and we've got just the place for you.
Nestled into the 11 lush acres of Oak Haven Vineyard near Plattsmouth are two canvas tents that provide the perfect balance between camping and hotel luxury.
You'll be outdoors and close to nature, but not quite in the middle of it. The tents are equipped with beautiful antique furnishings, including comfy beds with pillows and blankets.
There's even electricity, including lamps, fans, and heaters to ensure the experience is always comfortable. And don't worry about the bathroom situation - there's a private privy with a composting toilet and hot water shower.
The property is so secluded that you'll feel like you have the whole place to yourself. There are two tents available, each of which sleeps two people. A fire pit is available for spending long evenings talking around the fire and munching on s'mores.
The scenery really can't be beat. The 11 private acres are also home to the beautiful Oak Haven Vineyard, which provides some of the loveliest views in the area.

Why We Love It: It's taken several trips for me to figure out my perfect "weekender bag that's TSA approved," but I've found my perfect carry on with the TOBIQ Colorado 30L.
