You'll find the Fremont Lakes Recreation Area in the eastern part of the state, just 40 miles northwest of Omaha.
This gorgeous recreation area is just surrounded by 20 pretty, little fishing lakes.
Two campgrounds, Victory Lake Campground, and Pathfinder Campground, are located right next to each other.
They offers plenty of modern amenities, including modern restrooms with showers, and 200 electric sites. In addition, you'll find 240 non-pad sites without electricity.
This truly is the perfect place to pitch your tent...
...or set up your RV for an even more comfortable experience.
Some of the campsites are right on the banks of the lake.
You can even pull an RV up, just feet from the water.
Other sites aren't lakeside, but they're surrounded by grass and shady trees.
This little oasis is certain to provide plenty of comfort and beauty during your trip.
Of course, the 20 lakes here offer tons of recreation.
Go boating, fishing, or explore in a kayak or canoe. Any day spent on the lakes here is a good day indeed.
