We love our historic homes of every shape and size they come in. Though the interior has been updated to a modern look, the age of the building is an important piece of history that we cherish. If the history doesn't draw you in, the three-course breakfast is bound to bring you that extra boost. Come visit Main Street Inn sometime! Fresh bread and coffee, anyone?
Welcome to a historic building with plenty of old charm but renovated bedrooms, Main Street Inn. In downtown Parkville, this home feels picture-perfect from the outside, and oh so cozy on the inside.
Built from 1885-to 1887, this historic home has been one of everything in the years since. In 2013, the Main Street Inn was opened and eventually became the beautiful B&B you see here today. Look at that tub!
Inside the historic home, three beautiful rooms of varied prices have a beautiful mix of modern decor with vintage touches where they look their best. After all, most items made in 1885 aren't going to last this long.
After a relaxing night's sleep, you are treated to a three-course breakfast that begins with homemade bread and fresh coffee in your room, and the rest is served an hour later in the dining room.
The menu changes seasonally, incorporating festive flavors and summertime favorites wherever they fit best. With a changing menu, you can always expect something new and delicious if you come back to stay another time.
If you and a friend are staying in one of the suites and don't want to come down to eat, a private breakfast for two can be added to the experience. Doesn't that sound amazing?
