2. Afton State Park

This spot is well known for its hiking trails, river views, bird-watching, and picnic areas. There's even a little-known beach along the river! 3. Cuyuna Country State Recreation Area
Cuyuna Country State Recreation Area is a northern Minnesota park popular with mountain bikers. With skill levels that range from beginner to expert, there are more than 50 miles of mountain bike trails that cover nearly 1,000 acres. The trails crisscross land that is slowly being reclaimed by nature after years of mining. After the ride is over, guests can stay in one of three yurts on the edge of Yawkey Mine Lake. 6. Yurt at Three Fires Camp on the River
Here's another yurt Airbnb that you should take note of. This one is in northern Minnesota, on the edge of a large wooded area.
