It’s almost a shame that I’m capturing these photos, because the imagery says it all. This seven-room lakefront rental is the definition of waterfront luxury. It can accommodate up to 22 guests and has a feature for everyone.
There’s also enough parking space for up to ten vehicles. No matter where your group is traveling from, they’ll be able to settle in with ease.
With tall ceilings and plenty of space, you won’t have to feel worried about being cramped in here. There are several common spaces on the way to the bedrooms.

It won’t be difficult to relax on these soft mattresses. The home was remodeled with a fitting nautical theme. There are several bunk rooms for kids.
The master bedroom also comes with a crib and plenty of essentials for babies. The hosts deserve their 5/5 rating. They thought of everything.
I’ve seen plenty of great places to rent in the wintertime on our list of Most Unique Places To Stay In Michigan but this is one that’s built for warm weather. The backyard is the perfect place to burn some energy. There’s an exciting 20-foot-tall swing as well.
Round Lake is a fantastic all-sports lake. The owners provide kayaks and a peddle boat. You can also rent their new pontoon for a relaxing day on the water.
You can also do some pretty great relaxing outside. The fire pit is a welcoming spot to watch the sunset or make some s’mores while gazing up at the stars.
I’m a personal fan of afternoon naps on the hammock, which is possible at the Rusty Anchor. I still can’t get over the name.
I’m the bartender in my family, so you might not be surprised that the outdoor tiki bar is the real reason I’m writing about this rental. It’s right next to the gas grill that overlooks the entire backyard.
This is a grillmaster's dream. If you love to host but don’t always have the space for it, you’ll be very interested in exploring the deck on this property.
There’s an entertainment space in the basement for rainy day activities and so many more features you’ll simply need to explore to discover for yourself. This property has a rate that reflects it’s impressive first impression. At roughly $1,000 per night, the Rusty Anchor will be a very special place to host those who mean the most to you.
