Just like the sign says, welcome to Acorns Resort! This beautiful campground at Milford Lake, the largest lake in the state.
Not only is it the largest lake, but it's also arguably the most beautiful. There are so many things to see and do at this beautiful location.
The lake also has plenty of area to hike, and some awesome features like this waterfall. This only makes it more relaxing during your visit.
Our favorite thing to do here is camping, of course! When it comes to places to stay, you have a crazy amount of options. You can rent out a cabin, a cabin house for you and all your friends, or even pitch a tent.
Another option close to tent camping is renting out one of their yurts, a wooden structure that's pretty insulated while still keeping things on the primitive side.
Milford Lake itself is perfect for any of your favorite lake activities, whether that be sailing...
...or fishing! You can catch everything from fat catfish to walleye and bass.
While you're here, grab a meal at The Cove, an on-site restaurant that's serving up plenty of good grub.
Every day you spend at this beautiful campground, is a day well spent. Just look at the beautiful reflections!
