I might be a bit biased but there are few places in Arizona where you won’t find a beautiful view from your hotel window. Some may appear a little more dramatic but, for the most part, each landscape that you can see from your room has its own unique beauty.
However, if we were to choose one hotel based on its exquisite, exclusive views, then you’ll want to take a seat for a few minutes to see this one in northern Arizona.
The View Hotel is located just feet away from the Arizona-Utah border and gives you a chance to view one of the most iconic landscapes in our state (and, I would argue, in the country)!
A long drive from just about anywhere in the state, this hotel will place you in a part of the state with a quiet setting, dark skies, and spotty cell phone service.
However, if you reserve a room here, you'll get to stay in one of these rooms and get to see...
An incredible view of the most well-known buttes at Monument Valley Navajo Tribal Park!
A few dozen rooms and a handful of small cabins offer cozy sleeping quarters with basic amenities to make your stay comfortable.
Enjoy the view from the comfort of a warm bed.
Or enjoy the view from your balcony with a cup of coffee.
Inside the hotel, you'll see a Southwestern theme with plenty of art by members of local tribes.
You can grab a meal in their on-site restaurant...
...pick up some souvenirs in the gift shop...
...and, of course, enjoy all that open space on the Wildcat Trail or a guided tour.
Just imagine waking up to a view of the two mitten buttes on a cool morning and enjoying a cup of coffee to this right outside your window.
There is no street address to the View Hotel, however, it is located next to the Monument Valley Navajo Tribal Park Visitor Center, which you can see on this map.
The directions from Kayenta can be found at this link. You can find more details about reserving a room on their website, monumentvalleyview.com.
