The Eberhardt family has lived at the A Taste of Alaska Lodge for three generations and have welcomed visitors to share their slice of heaven since the 1990's.

A standard feature of the Alaskan homestead is a large vegetable garden that provides fresh food in the summer and canned vegetables for the winter. Garden fresh produce from the property are used when in season.
Alaskan seafood is usually on the menu. Halibut, salmon, and shrimp are certainly a taste of Alaska.
One of the specials is a plated halibut dinner with a side of rosemary potatoes and asparagus.
Alaskan blueberries over cheesecake are a year round treat. Wild Alaskan blueberries are abundant in the area in the late summer.
Visitors will get a spectacular view of Alaska’s natural beauty, including the northern lights from October through April. Snowshoeing, dog-mushing and skiing are popular with visitors in the winter months.
