The Colony Inn was built during President Roosevelt's New Deal Program.
Erected in 1935, the Matanuska Colony Project brought over 200 families from the Midwest to create a farming community in beautiful Palmer, Alaska. This building was originally created as a teacher's dormitory!
The Inn boasts five different types of rooms you can book.

Find everything from lactose-free soft-serve ice cream to sandwiches, salads, soups, and more! They are open Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and Sundays for brunch from 8:00 a.m. through 2:00 p.m.!

They offer summer and winter rates. Winter rates are set at a very attractive $100.00 through $120.00 per night, depending on which room you select!
