10. McMinnville
McMinnville is a wonderful city in Yamhill County, with amazing access to delicious food and wine. It's a nice place to settle down with your family, and has good schools, a strong sense of community, and access to day cares. However the crime rate is average, as are the housing and access to libraries.
9. Independence
Independence is a lovely small town in Polk County and it's a good place to raise a family, with a low crime rate, good community, and access to libraries and day care.
8. Molalla
Molalla is a small city in Clackamah County. It has average safety, schools, and access to daycares, and above average community, access to libraries, and housing.
7. Bend
The beautiful city of Bend in central Oregon is a great place to settle down, especially if you love the outdoors. The city has pretty good schools and strong sense of community, although the crime rate isn't particularly low.
6. Warrenton
Hunker down in the coastal town of Warrenton to raise a family. The seaside city is located in Clasop County and has a very low crime rate, a good sense of community, and access to day cares and housing, although the schools are only average.
5. Canby
Canby is a lovely town in Clackamah County that's great for raising kids. Canby has a low crime rate, pretty good schools, and good community, although it doesn't have great access to day cares or libraries.
4. Corvallis
Corvallis is the home of Oregon State University, and besides being a great college town it's also a wonderful place to raise a family. It's safe, friendly, and has good schools.
3. Newberg
Newberg is located in Yamhill County and has a low crime rate, great schools, and a strong sense of community.
